Technical Integrations Manager - Lead position (Hands-on position) The Opportunity Gett Delivery is a platform for mega accounts, B2B and B2C customers. We re looking for an experienced Technical Integrations Manager, who is a highly organized project manager, self-motivated, reliable, independent, resourceful, technical, and detail-oriented, with strong written & verbal communication skills. As a Technical Integrations Manager, you must possess strong relationship management skills and deep technical knowledge, while balancing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment. You should be comfortable operating both independently, and as part of a team, managing complex projects, and integrations. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a hands on manager you will: Lead and deliver on-time, high quality Delivery partner integrations using the Public API. Create the Delivery partner integrations playbook and manage our API documentation. Work with the product and R&D teams to continually refine and improve the supply partners integration processes and methodologies. Manage all partner integrations end-to-end, from the early analyzing stages, through the implementation, partner relationship management, integration testing (both in staging & production environments) and post-launch. Provide clear and actionable daily / weekly updates - as needed. Define the objectives and the key results for the team, report on the progress and the performance. Conduct detailed integrations assessments and map technical and functional gaps between our supply partner s APIs and the REx Public API. Collaborate with the Product and R&D team on analyzing, scoping, and defining requirements. Review and provide direction on technical and functional gaps, with a solution-oriented mindset for resolving them. Conduct feature integrations testing. Manage communications with our Delivery partners. Bring a positive, collaborative, team-oriented attitude to the team and our supply partners every day! Requirements 4 years of technical project management experience, working with technical integrations and managing partnerships. Managerial experience of 2 years in Integration Management field. Ability to own project management functions for existing and new supply partner integrations, implementations and projects that can last for several months. Expert relationship management skills, especially in highly regulated industries with complex requirements. Past experience with technical implementations, including analyzing complex integrations, mapping out technical and functional gaps, and collaborating with product and engineering teams. Analytical thinker with an independent problem-solving mindset, and a quick learner - able to grasp how complex systems work. Ability to work well with others to achieve results in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Technological orientation and understanding of the development cycle, complex integrations, and APIs. Hands-on mentality, with a proven ability to get things done in high quality. Excellent communication and presentation skills. English proficiency is a must. Education: a bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, or related field.
