Обязанности

  • Managing the sales activities of company and driving the company’s economic success on the Russian market.
  • Selling the company’s products to existing as well as new customers in Russia.
  • Coordinating the complete sales process, not only sales and business development but also customer service and project design & engineering.
  • Business development through the acquisition of new customers in relevant industries (oil & gas, chemical, pharma, food etc.).
  • In this respect, developing sales strategies to further strengthen and expand the company’s position on the Russian market.
  • Managing a sales team of 10+ Sales Experts and Regional Sales Managers
  • Managing the current distributors in Russia and, consequently, retrieving synergies between company and the distributors.
  • Project management, including the conception of customized technical solutions, the drafting of relevant offers, the management of internal project processes and the supervision of the project implementation.
  • Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train team (Sales and Customer Services)
  • Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff

Требования

  • People management/teambuildings
  • Holds an academic degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Has gained several years’ experience in technical sales, preferably to Oil & Gas industry
  • Possesses specific knowledge regarding sales processes and sales of investment goods, process technology and/or process engineering
  • Has gained experience in dealing and communicating with distributors
  • Has gained experience in the acquisition of new customers
  • Has a proven track record in driving business growth and closing deals
  • Has a proven track record in leading a team of sales people, including sales managers in remote locations
  • Demonstrates extensive intercultural and interpersonal skills, including a “Western” mind
  • Is fluent in Russian and in English, German language skills are regarded as a plus
  • Is ready to travel on a regular basis all-over Russia & CIS and occasionally also to Europe
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
  • Is reliable and loyal
  • Is fully compliant, not only in his/her own behavior, but also with regards to his/her colleagues’ and subordinates’ behavior
  • Is able and willing to establish and keep good and valid contacts to B2B customers
  • Displays a hands-on attitude
  • Possesses strong communication skills and intercultural competence
  • Displays a positive attitude and keeps a high level of personal engagement
