Leading international producer in veterinarian science is searching for Leader who will lead Sales Team from any kind of industry. On this title Head of Sales Company is searching for Charismatic Leader from different industries who have strong experience in Managing Team (from 5direct subordinates), have STRONG LEADER SKILLS, RROVEN RESULTS.

Обязанности

- Sales Force management

- Drives, assesses and develops subordinates, develops specific incentive schemes

- Directs, manages and implements Sales activities of the Business Unit.

- Supervises the implementation of effective sales programs by setting sales messages, assisting with sales targeting and customer prioritization, and optimization of the sales interface

- Maintains awareness of major long term market factors and adapts plans and tactics to maximize opportunities by sales strategy

Требования

- Сontinuously checks and proposes new business opportunities

- Creates, manages and implements commercial activities

- Develops and communicates best sales practices

- Ensures adherence to industry-specific codes of practice or conduct, advertising codes, regulatory directives or guidelines, local legal rules applicable to the role, as to the programs regarding corporate compliance and corporate responsibility of company
