We are looking for a CRM Manager to drive customer engagement and retention through data-driven strategies and campaigns. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement CRM strategy aligned with business goals.
Manage CRM systems (MCM, Adobe, MMS), ensure data quality and integrations.
Analyze customer data, report on KPIs, and turn insights into actions.
Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, app push, in-app).
Design loyalty programs and retention initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations.
Requirements
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
Knowledge of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
Project management skills; experience in retail/e-commerce is a plus.
