Responsibilities:

Have the engineering lead of the project (Civil, Process, Hydraulic, Product, Electrical, I&C);
Act as the main engineering contact for the Project Manager and Operations;
Coordinate engineering project resources;
Responsible for the Engineering “On Time Delivery”;
Prepare and maintain the KPI for the progress control in link with the Doc control management;
Support construction teams during execution, installation and commissioning phases;
Define approval and freeze cycle (Design Review, Design Freeze) for each Configuration Baseline (Concept, Basic and Detail Design);
Oversee compliance with contractual requirements and documentation approval cycle;
Define and implement project specific procedures;
Maintain the Engineering Technical Rules;
Capture Lesson Learned for continuous improvement;
Lead or contribute to Operational Excellence initiative.

Qualifications & Experiences :

Master degree in Engineering discipline (Mechanical & Process or Construction preferred);
Extensive experience in the field of Engineering coordination and interdisciplinary coordination;
Extensive professional experience in Project Engineering and Process Plant Engineering;
Strong Knowledge of RoK legislation in Construction and Industrial safety. Being champion in relations with Authorities and stakeholders
Confirmed experience in passing State Expertise for industrial projects
Certificate of GiP (Главный инженер проекта)
