Nauchsoft, an international software development and IT consulting company, is looking for a full-time L1/L2 Support Engineer. We have been in the IT business for 36 years and continue growing.
Responsibilities:
Create, update, and deactivate insurance agent and carrier accounts
Manage user access, roles, licenses, and permissions across multiple platforms
Perform onboarding and offboarding activities
Handle password resets and account recovery
Maintain accurate agent and carrier data across numerous systems
Communicate with insurance carriers and third-party vendors to clarify requirements and resolve access issues
Requirements:
Fluent English (Intermediate+/B2 or higher), especially strong written communication
Experience in administrative support, account administration, or access management
High level of attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data
Ability to work with many systems, websites, and platforms simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow procedures and instructions
Comfortable communicating with external companies and stakeholders via email and ticketing systems
