Client headquartered in Germany is a leading Full Service Payment Provider operating across three continents.
To strengthen our team at the Minsk office, we are inviting an IT Support Specialist for Customer Service (B2B) on a full-time basis.
Your Responsibilities:
Independently manage client relations, building trust and long-term partnerships.
Support the team leader in planning and operational management.
Provide phone support to B2B customers.
Actively and professionally expand the client base through proactive outreach.
Conduct training sessions for clients.
Play a key role in client support as an internal account manager within the team.
Deliver IT solutions that increase client efficiency and competitiveness in the online business landscape.
Analyze client needs, focusing especially on company products.
Independently develop customer strategies and implement action plans using available support tools, coordinating projects effectively.
Your Profile:
Excellent German and English fluency, both spoken and written.
Independent and structured working style with strong organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Quick learner with experience in shop systems, CMS, CRM, ticketing systems, or similar extranet/intranet platforms.
Technical mindset with a focus on results and customer orientation.
Solid understanding of commercial and economic contexts.
Effective time management.
Interest in financial and economic topics.
