Client headquartered in Germany is a leading Full Service Payment Provider operating across three continents.

To strengthen our team at the Minsk office, we are inviting an IT Support Specialist for Customer Service (B2B) on a full-time basis.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage client relations, building trust and long-term partnerships.

  • Support the team leader in planning and operational management.

  • Provide phone support to B2B customers.

  • Actively and professionally expand the client base through proactive outreach.

  • Conduct training sessions for clients.

  • Play a key role in client support as an internal account manager within the team.

  • Deliver IT solutions that increase client efficiency and competitiveness in the online business landscape.

  • Analyze client needs, focusing especially on company products.

  • Independently develop customer strategies and implement action plans using available support tools, coordinating projects effectively.

Your Profile:

  • Excellent German and English fluency, both spoken and written.

  • Independent and structured working style with strong organizational skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Quick learner with experience in shop systems, CMS, CRM, ticketing systems, or similar extranet/intranet platforms.

  • Technical mindset with a focus on results and customer orientation.

  • Solid understanding of commercial and economic contexts.

  • Effective time management.

  • Interest in financial and economic topics.
