Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction and engineering projects.
Analyze project documentation to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
Develop and maintain cost databases and pricing templates.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure cost alignment and budget control.
Review contractor and supplier quotations for accuracy and competitiveness.
Monitor and update cost documentation throughout all project stages.
Participate in budget planning, cost optimization, and financial reporting.
Provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency and resource allocation.
Requirements:
Higher technical or economic education (Construction, Engineering, Economics, or related field).
3–7 years of experience in cost estimation for construction or engineering projects.
Solid understanding of cost estimation methodologies, construction processes, and market pricing.
Proficiency in MS Excel and specialized cost estimation tools.
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Languages: Kazakh, Russian, English (required); Chinese – desirable.
