LeverX is seeking an additional team member to strengthen our team.

Responsibilities:

Work with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence;
Provide user support effectively;
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions;
Develop and maintain documentation for administrative processes, particularly for time-tracking;
Understand the business problems behind requests and offer alternative solutions.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in administering Jira and Confluence;
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline;
Proficient in Jira and Confluence, including issue tracking, permissions, workflows, and process documentation;
Understanding HTTP requests and responses;
Familiarity with Jira Cloud environments;
Experience with Jira Service Management;
Demonstrating strong troubleshooting skills;
Level of English - A2 and above;
Technical support experience (L1-L2) will be a plus.
