Company: Sandvik Mining and Construction Kazakhstan Ltd Crushing & Screening Location: Central Asia, South Caucasus, Turkey (business trips 25–75% of working time within territory)
Responsibilities:
Diagnostics, repair, and restoration of Sandvik crushing and screening equipment at customer sites.
Preparation of technical reports, defect lists, photo and video documentation of work performed.
Handling warranty claims: analyzing causes of malfunctions, interacting with the warranty department and manufacturer.
Participation in installation, commissioning, and start-up of equipment.
Performing engineering calculations and selecting equipment according to customer specifications.
Training and mentoring junior specialists, participating in the development and implementation of service procedure improvements.
Representing the company at customer sites, coordinating interaction with internal departments.
Organizing and controlling safe work practices, conducting risk assessments (ROAM, EHS).
Requirements:
Higher technical education (mechanical engineering, electromechanics, automation, or related fields). Secondary specialized education is possible with at least 3 years of work experience.
At least 5 years of experience in the technical field, with at least 3 years in service or repair of mining/rotating equipment.
Deep knowledge of the design, operating principles, and repair of equipment.
Skills in diagnostics, reading electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams.
Proficiency with tools, measuring instruments, and digital diagnostics.
Willingness to travel (25–75% of working time).
Communication skills, ability to train and mentor employees.
Responsibility, initiative, customer orientation, adherence to corporate ethics.
