Ensures SOC processes comply with quality standards and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining SOC procedures and playbooks.
Monitoring the quality of incident management and monitoring activities.
Conducting internal reviews and ensuring SLA compliance.
Collaborating with internal and external auditors.
Analyzing incidents for correctness of response.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of SOC experience focused on quality and compliance.
Knowledge of ITIL, ISO 27001, NIST.
Experience in documentation preparation.
