Senior Water Supply & Sewerage Networks Engineer (Designer)

Responsibilities:

Design water supply and sewerage networks and verify documentation, developed by Subcontractors. Perform technical bid evaluation and review Supplier’s design documentation. Provide technical support in the areas of water supply and sewerage networks for the pre-consultation phase of the project, the bidding and contracting phase, and the execution phase of the project, including manhours and key quantities estimation.

• Verify that the project and detailed design documentation developed by Subcontractors for water supply and sewerage networks comply with the current legislation, technical regulations, standards, norms, rules, regulations for construction, etc., with the Client's technical requirements and the Client's corporate standards;
• Identify deviations from the NTD (normative and technical documentation), approval of PSTS/JoS, participation in meetings on PSTS/JoS;
• Prepare project and detailed design documentation for water supply and sewerage networks (including BoM, BoQ);
• Participate in the development sections of technical specifications and design specifications for water supply and sewerage networks design;
• Participate in preparation of Technical Assignments for Subcontractors;
• Participate in negotiations and meetings on issues related to the Water supply and sewerage networks (including 3D model review, Constructability, Operability reviews, Value Engineering sessions);
• Ensure adoption of modern and optimal technical and design solutions;
• Carry out technical bid evaluation for equipment and materials of water supply and sewerage networks;
• Participate in review of ITB in scope of Water supply and sewerage networks;
• Participate in preparation of Technical and Commercial proposals in scope of Water supply and sewerage networks (including manhours and key quantities estimation);
• Participate in the coordination of the interfaces of the Water supply and sewerage networks;
• Participate in author's and technical supervision during construction and installation;
• Assist the Head of Piping Discipline and participate in the coordination of interface management and identification of possible deviations and non-conformities for the water supply and water sewage discipline.

Requirements:

• Master Degree in Water supply and water sewage or similar;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industry or similar;
• Sound experience in Water supply and sewerage networks design;
• Knowledge of AVEVA E3D or similar 3D software;
• Knowledge of Gidrosistema or similar software;
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar 2D software;
• English speaking skills (Intermediate);
• Knowledge of international engineering standards, Russian standards and best engineering practice.

Conditions:

• Contract as per RF Labor Code
• Work in Moscow office
• Schedule: regular 5/2 week, from 9 am till 6 pm
