Responsibilities:
- Manage teams within the technical office and coordinate between teams.
- Manage budgeting and financial control processes.
- Calculate project costs, plan the budget, and ensure cost control.
- Conduct technical and feasibility studies to assess the project's viability.
- Prepare price analyses and cost calculations.
- Oversee the preparation of subcontractor progress payments.
- Prepare technical specifications and determine project requirements.
- Conduct site measurements and on-site inspections to monitor the details of the production process.
- Possess knowledge of production details and control the applications at every stage of the project.
- Prepare the appropriate work schedule for the project, update it regularly, and track progress.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports and present them to project management.
Requirements:
Graduated from the Civil Engineering department of a university.
Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial facility projects.
Experienced in planning, presentation, report preparation, and control processes.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with civil engineering and technical projects
Fluency in Russian and English
