Sales Operations manager

Компании требуется менеджер оперативных продаж.

• Responsible for correct, efficient and timely processing of orders in CRM from start to end (order to billing)
• Responsible for the correct, efficient and timely processing of all incoming service complaints
• Providing timely information to customers concerning delivery times and conditions.
• Informing customers of delivery constraints and agree upon corrective actions.
• Processing return shipments
• Processing debit/credit notes
• Communication and Coordinatio
• Secure permanent contact with Sales & Marketing, esp. KAMs to have understanding of market /customer behavior / internal and external information systems
• Build up strong customer relationship on a daily basis
• Regular communication with delivering.
