Responsible for the correct, efficient and timely processing of all incoming service complaints
Providing timely information to customers concerning delivery times and conditions.
Informing customers of delivery constraints and agree upon corrective actions.
Processing return shipments
Processing debit/credit notes
Communication and Coordinatio
Secure permanent contact with Sales & Marketing, esp. KAMs to have understanding of market /customer behavior / internal and external information systems
Build up strong customer relationship on a daily basis
Regular communication with delivering.
