Компании требуется специалист по работе с клиентами.

Обязанности

  • Entering/update contract/quotations and conditions to SAP – prices and freights.
  • Quotation/Order entry/Order confirmation/deliveries/invoices in SAP
  • Transport orders
  • Claims to OPUS CLAIM system.
  • Collection/archiving of all the invoices from forwarders, warehouses, control of payments
  • Purchase orders for all services connected to transportation and storage
  • Control of commission shipments according to direct contract OMI-Customer
  • Preparation of all purchase contracts, appendixes, supplemental agreements and any additional documents required for import customs clearance.
  • Purchase orders for products in SAP, control of import deliveries Maintain transport costs, customs fees to PO, making goods’ receipt
  • Any information for sales department (i.e. sales and purchase volumes, customer overdues, etc)
  • Running MDM for customers and vendors

Требования

  • Education: Higher economical or technical degree, preferred logistics or chemical
  • Experience: at least 3 years in CS (order entry) in SAP, preferred experience in logistics (transport and goods purchasing)
  • Language: English – fluent
  • IT: Excel, Word, SAP – advanced, Lotus Notes, PowerPoint – nice to have experience.
