The Business Unit Sales Director will be responsible for the retail sales channel across The Russian Federation & the CIS countries.
The Business Unit Sales Director is responsible for achieving the overall P&L targets for the channel, as well as assigned strategic channel objectives.
· Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
· Establishes productive, professional relationships with key decision makers in assigned accounts & channel.
· Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned channels
· Develops price policy across channels & align with company pricing policy;
· Actively manages people;
•Excellent Educational background connected to Economics, Finance and Commerce or Technical one;
•Successful experience with minimum of 5 years work on a sales/commercial/KA director position in foreign FMCG companies, preferably food, with a well established network within the Russian Retail Market;
•Fluent English is a must;
•Strong communication and leading skills;
•Willingness to go to business trips.
