- Administration of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux environments.
- Virtualization management (VMware, vSAN, Hyper-V).
- Storage systems (PureStorage, HPE 3PAR, Dell EMC Unity) – installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Backup and recovery solutions (Veeam, Windows Backup).
- Network fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting, routing.
- Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file systems, and domain trusts.
- Security updates, patch management, endpoint protection.
- Automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, Terraform).
- System monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response.
- Documentation of infrastructure and operational procedures.
