We are looking for talented individuals with Delta CRM Support Engineer to join our team

Primary Focus:

  • Provide first- and second-level support for Delta CRM-related issues.
  • Monitor system performance, perform regular maintenance, and implement updates.
  • Assist users with Delta CRM functionalities, training, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with developers and vendors for escalations and enhancements.
  • Manage user access, roles, and security within the Delta CRM platform.
  • Analyze and improve workflows and automation processes.
  • Participate in testing and deployment of new Delta CRM features or upgrades.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Delta M or other collection CRM software will be plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Understanding of Delta CRM architecture, integrations, and data flows.
  • Experience with support ticketing systems and SQL knowledge.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
